1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By using our service, mobile applications, or custom bot environments, you agree to form a legally binding agreement under Bangladeshi digital regulation. Access is open to all users who create a secure profile using OAuth (Google, Apple, Microsoft) or valid email credentials.

2. Universal Tokens & Model Consumption

52bangla AI utilizes a dynamic Universal Credit model to scale pricing fairly according to computational demands:

• Multipliers: Each model has a unique multiplier (e.g. Gemini 1.5 Flash at 1x, DeepSeek R1 at 1x, Gemini 3.1 Pro at 2x, DeepSeek V4 at 3x, GPT-5.5 and Claude Opus 4.6 at 4x). These values determine the rate of token deduction per input/output context window.
• Non-refundability: Tokens spent on generating AI completions are consumed instantly and cannot be refunded or restored.
• Expiration: Tokens are valid for exactly thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Any unused tokens will strictly expire and can no longer be used.

3. Payment Checkout & Local Webhooks

All billing transactions are finalized through verified local payment channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard).

Once you approve a recharge inside the checkout modal, the transaction is processed. Recharges are subject to network delay. Double check invoices before clicking confirm to prevent processing errors.

4. Service Availability & Third-Party SLA

We aggregate third-party API proxies (including OpenRouter, Google, and Anthropic). While we guarantee 99.9% uptime for our web application wrapper, model availability is contingent upon the upstream provider SLA. Automatic fallback models are provided when principal servers face routing constraints.
