Since these API credits represent live GPU resources, consumed token balances are entirely non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Users are eligible to request a refund for standard purchases under the following conditions:
You can cancel your recurring monthly subscription plan at any time directly through your account dashboard.
Upon cancellation, your premium privileges will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Subscription charges are recurring and pre-paid; we do not offer pro-rated refunds for early cancellations or partially unused monthly cycles.
