Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: June 19, 2026. This policy outlines our standard billing refund conditions, package returns, and chargeback rules.

1. The Dynamic Token Credit System

52bangla AI charges for model inferences based on dynamic token credits (e.g., Gemini 1.5 Pro consumes 2x tokens, Claude 3.5 Sonnet consumes 5x tokens). Once a query is transmitted to the AI engines and a stream starts, the corresponding token credits are immediately consumed from your balance.

Since these API credits represent live GPU resources, consumed token balances are entirely non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

Users are eligible to request a refund for standard purchases under the following conditions:

  • Unused Token Balance: The token package or subscription must be completely unused. We cannot process refunds if even a portion of the package tokens has been spent.
  • 7-Day Refund Window: Refund requests must be filed within seven (7) calendar days of the original transaction date.
  • Technical Issues: If a purchase fails to reflect in your account due to gateway connectivity, or if our server fails to deliver credits within 24 hours of successful verification.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your recurring monthly subscription plan at any time directly through your account dashboard.

Upon cancellation, your premium privileges will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Subscription charges are recurring and pre-paid; we do not offer pro-rated refunds for early cancellations or partially unused monthly cycles.

4. Chargebacks & Account Suspensions

If a user initiates a payment chargeback, dispute, or reverse claim through our payment gateway (such as bkash, Nagad, or bank card providers) without contacting our support team first, 52bangla AI reserves the right to immediately freeze the corresponding account, cancel any active subscriptions, and void all remaining token balances to prevent fraudulent access.
